Privacy notice

This notice explains the information processed when you use the TanHef website, request access, contact support, or purchase a subscription through the current website flow.

Information you provide

If you submit the support or trial form, you may provide an email address, TradingView username, and message. If you purchase through Stripe, Stripe collects the payment and billing information required to process the transaction. TanHef does not collect full payment-card details through the website form.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, arrange or maintain invite-only TradingView access, provide customer support, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, and meet applicable business or legal obligations.

Service providers

The current site uses Formspree to process form submissions, hCaptcha to protect forms from abuse, and Stripe to display subscription options and process payments. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy notices. Links to TradingView and other external services are governed by those services.

Retention

Contact and access information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to support an active request or subscription, maintain access records, address disputes, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You can avoid submitting the website form and contact TanHef through TradingView instead. Browser controls may limit third-party cookies or scripts, although doing so can prevent the captcha or Stripe pricing table from working.

Use the support form or message TanHef on TradingView ↗ for privacy questions or reasonable requests concerning information you supplied.

Changes

This notice may be updated when website practices or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
